What are the differences between a S10E European and UK model dual sim and single sim, or are they both the same as UK is in Europe?
How can you tell which one is which model?
Will the European version work just as well and have all the features as the UK one?
What if I was using a European model in the UK, is that fine? Will it reconfigure with he UK sim and be fully compatible?
If the model number is SM-G90F/DS, what country is this for? From research one source says the carrier is asia, and another says it's for various regions (Europe, Latin American, Brazil etc) can someone confirm this? I know the UK model is SMG970F , so does that mean F/DS model will still be fully compatible in the UK?
Does any one have an S10e in prism silver and what country/store did you purchase it from and what's the model number?
Thanks

There is a thing called the "product code", which tells you for which region your phone was manufactured. Search the internet for methods to find and interpret it. Generally phones manufactured for different regions differ in hard- and software. Samsung doesn't encourage use and trade across regions. In my experience the differences between UK and Europe are sufficiently small so that, if you let the phone configure itself to the SIM, which is triggered when you insert the SIM into the phone directly after a factory reset, you can use the phone and get updates. For example when I first started my new S9, which I had bought as "german version" from an Amazon vendor, it immediately recognized the german SIM I had inserted and asked me whether I wanted to reconfigure so that I could fully use it in germany. I agreed, this worked well, and I get android updates. I later found out that I had aquired a phone manufactured for the UK. This doesn't work across all regions.

Is the product code, the model number?
Like SM-G.. etc
And this Will tell you which reigion it's for?
Oh so you bought a UK version and you put in a German sim and it configured so that it's now basically a German version?
So if it worked for you, that means if I used a European version, inserted a UK sim card it should reconfigure and fully work right?

The product code, which is not the model number, can be found by dialling *2767*4387264636# or in Settings > telephone info > software info > provider info, there at the end of the last line, or by dialling *#1234#, there inside the CSC. As I said, search it in the internet, eg https://www.solvemix.com/index.php/en/android-smartphones/samsung-galaxy-s6-readout-product-code-sol... . It consists of three characters, see eg https://www.droidviews.com/how-to-change-csc-in-samsung-galaxy-phones/
Yes, that might work. Or perhaps it doesn't. Try it out, then you'll know.
