DBIAS_TUNED_DBIAS_VOLTAGE showing zero value

I'm not able to add fingerprints to my new phone, receiving either "Cover entire fingerprint sensor" or "Press a little harder".

When running diagnostic test, I get a FAIL for DBIAS_TUNED_DBIAS_VOLTAGE, due to a zero value.

Assume this is a hardware issue, and I should return to Samsung to fix?

Hi, rthakrar, I'm currently having the same issue has you had, did you ever found any other solution to it? Or did you just returned the phone to samsung?

And if you did, did they provide any feedback on what could have caused the problem, or what does the value DBIAS_TUNED_SBIAS_VOLTAGE stands for?

I couldn't find any more info on the topic, so It would be great if you could share your experience, (btw, this is the only result that google provides), thanks!

Thanks for the reply, hopefully this helps somebody else in the future.

I did call the tech department on this issue and after running the same tests that we both ran, they detemined that the problem was probably a faulty sensor, the phone is on its way to them so they can confirm this.
