data romaing impossible

hello,

my phone (S10) wont allow me to use data when I am abroad (roaming impossible).

data roaming is on (in connections, mobile networks).

i tried to switch operator but it doesnt change anything.

i tried ti switch the sim card slot, no change.

when I use another phone (motorola) with the same sim card, i can roam.

when I am in my home country, data usage is available?

any idea to solve this?

I can only suggest to check your phone's relevant preference settings again and in the Connection part of your settings.

i.e 

Connections.

Mobile Networks.

Make sure Data Roaming is On.

To add unfortunately troubleshooting issues like yours isn't easy and tends to include trial and error when troubleshooting.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look too.

e66e... did you manage to resolve this? I'm in Greece and can't get data even though I have everything set up for it..ie data roaming, etc
