Galaxy S10 SeriesI've had my Galaxy S10e for quite a few months now and overall been very happy with it but in the last few weeks whenever I make or take a phone call through a bluetooth device (such as my Plantronics headset or car) the call quality breaks up and goes fuzzy and crackly shortly into the call.
However I can play music through the same bluetooth devices with no issues at all. The problem is only with phone calls and only through bluetooth devices.
I've spoken to Samsung support and they haven't heard the problem before and could only offer to send out a technician to investigate. However that technician never materialised on the date and time they said (he's probably furloughed!) so I'm not quite sure what to do now... It's impossible to continue the phone call on bluetooth so I always end up turning it off mid-call and putting the phone to my ear. All very well whilst working from home but when I start travelling again I fear the police may not take a very lenient view of this excuse for holding my phone whilst driving!!
Am I the only one with this issue!?

Galaxy S10 SeriesI'm having this exact same issue with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy Buds Live. Initially when the crackling started a few weeks after I started using the phone, both music/videos and calls were crackling. I managed to get into Developer options in settings and changed the Bluetooth audio code to AAC. That seemed to fix the music/video crackling on Bluetooth devices but Bluetooth call audio was still crackling...
However, I opened Apps from settings and went to system apps, cleared data/cache for Bluetooth and BluetoothTest apps and Bluetooth call audio worked fine but only for some time.. Seems like a software issue. Hopefully it'll be fixed with the Android 11 update!

Galaxy S10 SeriesYes! I discovered that it was cause my my Fossil Smart watch being paired to my phone via Bluetooth!
When I was wearing my watch the problem always happened but if I left it at home (therefore out of range) I wouldn't get the problem!!
Don't know if it's the same for you but try thinking about what new devices/apps you might have that could be having some impact...

Galaxy S10 SeriesI am using my bluetooth hearingaids to make phone calls on my Samsung 22 Ultra (t-mobile), they work and sound fine with no issues when I listen to audio or video streaming but they start crackling when I am on a phone call. When I did some settings with hearingaids reset, it stopped, then started again. Sounds like a software issue with Samsung phones. Samsung needs to mitigate this issue, as I am 100% sure (tested) that the hearing ***** don't crackle with any other bluetooth connection (other phones, laptop, desktop). I do have to admit that when I was with Sprint (Note 8), I did not have crackling during calls, but since I got the 22 Ultra with a T-Mobile sim card, I started getting this crackling issue in addition to 5G speeds being slower than 4G.

Galaxy S10 Series1 have the same problem with my s22+ with my hearing *****. I clear the Bluetooth cache which works for a day and then it comes back. It usually happens in the car and less so in the home
