can not copy web links to share

Hi guys anyone got a fix for my problem on my S10? I can't copy a link to a Web page to share it. I used to be able to hold down on the link and the option to copy would be available now nothing happens.

Within Chrome browser when you press on a url you now get this menu.
the page you were on should be at the top with a share button to the right
