Hi cimi4444, maybe I can Help You: go to the phone app, tap on the three little points at the top right corner, choose Settings --> supplementary Services --> Call barring --> Voice Call --> All outgoing calls, and push the button/ switch to the left (inactive) , otherwise the Call barring remains active. Maybe You have to tipe in Your password, but this should bei the smallest problem. Best wishes, Marek.
