Hello,  for the last 2 days I have not been able to receive any calls or texts. Anyone know what has caused this?

@Dobbs  Hello, access the Samsung Members Assistance/Diagnosis app and perform the tests related to your problem. Perform the tests: Mobile network and SIM card. What do the tests indicate?

@Dobbs In my opinion - you have to contact your phone provider.
