Hi all , using beta version 2 UI 3 on my u.k S10 , just tried to wipe the cache partition but after turning the phone off and pressing the correct buttons I can't access the mode to wipe it , anyone know if it's because it's beta

Hello there, are you sure that you pressed the correct buttons? It's the power button and volume up key.

@Edgie70

Insert the headphones or hook the phone upto a computer using the data cable. Nothing to download on the computer as it's just the process of hooking up and then try the button presses.

Yes inserting the headphones seems to work too @Edgie70

if you want to clear the cache you have to go into the apps at the settings and do it manually by going into storage delete cache

I'm not sure that's correct , clearing cache partition was / is done by turning off the phone then pressing volume up , Bixby and lock buttons together , I've done it in the past ( recently ) but now it won't work
