Hello,

My bluetooth is working well on all devices that are connected.

Even my car is properly connected.

Problem start when I start calling... At a certain moment the receiver of my call doesn't here my voice anymore.

If I change manualy to the speaker of my phone the receiver hears me when holding the phone to my ear.

I'm calling a lot in the car so this is a very unpleasant surprise.

- Re-installed my phone on the car ==> No solution

- Deleted the bluetooth device from phone and re-installed on the car ==> No solution

Anyone can help?

Many thanks in advance,

Same problem here.  S10+ connects to car bluetooth, then disconnects and reconnects several times before becoming more stable.  It appears that Android Pie has an issue as the S9 is being reported with similar problems after it's been updated

Hi ledung,

No solution yet. I found it to be more stable using Bluetooth for just phone calls. I've connected to my car using the aux connection into the phones headphone socket. Not an ideal solution but until they solve this its better than nothing.

I have the same problem, sometime people can hear me and other times they can't. I have the same issue when connect to the ear buds, some calls are ok and other calls no-one can hear me. Other phones work fine in the car.

I have tried all suggestion found so far, clearing cache, deleting device, etc but still having issues it is driving me mad...

I am assuming no fix has been found..

I went in to Samsung and they wiped my phone, took the software off and re-applied it. I am still having the same issue, they have advised now that I will need a replacement phone 😞

I also have the earbuds and the same thing happens on them, so definately an issue with the bluetooth on the phone.

Anyone found a solution to this problem?

S9+ Android 10 with all update. I tried everything, different bluetooth headphones and car. At the beginning I thought this is coming in conjunction with Android Auto, but clean start with bluetooth only didn't help as well.

No issue on older S8 and newer S20.

Samsung is not giving any reasonable answer. I did also reporter a dump duriailing confcall. No reasonable solution from them.

i had a S9 plus and thought if i buy an S20 this problem should go away. Anyway i have a S20plus still have the same issue.

With me the phone will ring thru the Bluetooth. I answer the call, i cant hear the other person...they cant hear me. If i switch to speaker i can then hear them...and interestingly....if i then turn back on Bluetooth via the phone during the call it all works normal. Im leaning towards it being a software bug...umm does everyone else have android auto installed? Might remove it...see if that fixes it.
