Blocked messages

Coming from the Huawei mate 20 pro, it had a great feature(App) that would not only let you block calls and messages, but also let you see those calls and messages in a separate app. Can't seem to find this function on my S10 5g.  Can anyone help.

Please check if you have this menu:

Open your Messages app > tap the three dots > Blocked numbers and messages > Blocked numbers > tap Inbox or Contacts
