Bixby Voice Wake-up doesn't work

Bixby no longer unlocks the phone by voice, even tho the setting is on. This has always worked perfectly.

The way I read it is, Google is telling Samsung "You are not allowed to use a feature (Voice unlock) to Unlock your phone that you have created to use on your  Samsung phones".

Hi Samsung,
Are you going to do some sort of update to Voice Unlock?
I need to use this phone handsfree at certain times due to my disability.
I need to open certain apps handsfree.

To be honest the use of Bixby is pretty useless without Voice Unlock!

Please don't allow other companies to tell you what you can or can not do!!

The lack of it makes it really useless bixby ... :(! I had a problem a while ago, but I disabled the smart lock and got it right. Just to regain my voice performance I lost 2 days and reset the factory even to s 10e, again losing a lot. because I decided that it was still blocking an application. It is ridiculous that there would be no information about the loss of this service.

Samsung can you please get "Voice Unlock" to Unlock my phone via voice command. I would like to use my phone handsfree. 

Also I need to answer my in coming calls handsfree. Using bixby to say "Accept this call" does not work. Can you bring back the old S Voice to answer calls. I use to say "Answer call" and it would answer the call on loudspeaker Handsfree.

Yes, I'd like that too, to say answer or decline and same with music app, play, pause, next previous.

Samsung has removed some of Bixby's permissions. I'm not sure whether this was intentional or accidental, but the same thing happened with the stock "Clock" app, too.

It no longer works after an "Auto Reset", which happens at midnight, because you must first unlock your phone for the "first time". So many people were late to work!
