Backup / Restore not working on Good Lock

After recent Good Lock update the Backup/Restore option now does not work! See screen capture!

Issues are common to occur when things first update, you can report this directly from the Samsung Members app. If you go to the "Explore" tab and tap the "+" button in the lower right, there is an option to report errors or to speak to a Samsung Expert directly and they can help you get this resolved.

Just saw your post and wonder if you found a solution?  I have the exact same issue with S10+ / S21U on UI 4.1 and S22U on UI 5.0.  Despite the message that the home page has been backed up, there's nothing in the list.  I also figured the hidden folder that's supposed to be created has not be created.  Wiping cache and uninstall / reinstall doesn't work either.
