Is there any reason why you deleted my earlier post with the above title? All I wrote is factual and backed up by evidence. I have received extremely awful customer service from you, I have been insulted several times by your staff and you feel deleting my post is the best way to go?
Below is the email from a UK based staff (from UK Customer Resolutions Team) of Samsung attesting to the bad Customer Service of your call handlers dealing with online sales (Samsung Shop Crew) in the Philippines.
Delete this and I'll post to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp...
These are staff that disobey a direct order from your CEO to contact me. Staff that insult customers and hang up phones.
Why should I pay for a phone that is not fit for purpose and still condone being insulted by your staff?

Unfortunately, I cannot say I am surprised by this. I have again contacted the Samsung Shop this morning looking for answers as to why they continue to break promises to call you back. The answer I received was as expected, that a manager will be calling you back today.
I appreciate this is not the standard of customer service you would expect from Samsung, and I am doing everything I can to get this resolved for you.
As this a Samsung Shop complaint however, I'm limited to what I can do other than continually chase them on your behalf.

One of your staff promised that the S10+ will be replaced via a doorstep swap but you have refused to honour it. You promise to call but never do, your staff told me to go borrow a computer from a friend or family to transfer my data and another one told me point blank he wouldn't swap the phone! And you think it's right that I am forced to hold on to a phone that crashes incessantly, freezes and is unreliable?
