Apps keep getting locked

There's a function to lock apps so they don't close when you press '' Close all '' in the open apps view.

So, now, I haven't locked any of these apps, they keep being locking by themselves and keep unlocking them but they keep being locked up again. 

Is it happening to anyone else?

I have exactly the same problem. Id really like a fix for this, because almost all apps keep locking themself... so locking just one app lost all its function

Hi @Adi0 and @Jowel. Hope you're both enjoying your weekend. Can you please give more information on this? Do the apps lock after a specific period? Are the apps and software on the phone up to date?

Also, which phone models do you have?

Well, I've locked an app and all others have started to get locked, then I'd unlock them but they would keep getting locked up again.

They lock up in an unknown time, yes they are and so is software up to date. 

Now I have OneUI 2.1 on my SM-G975F.

I don't seem to have the problem anymore.

When I thought that he problem was solved, it has just happened again today. All of the sudden the Instagram app is locked. I haven't done it accidentally and noone has access to my phone.

Do you have any third party launcher installed on the phone? Can you monitor the phone in Safe Mode to see if the issue keeps occurring? Turn your phone off, then back on, and when you spot the Samsung logo on the screen, press and hold the Volume Down button until you see displayed ‘Safe Mode’. To exit Safe Mode, just restart the phone.
