apps and websites are not working properly

Hope you are doing well.
My name is Aleena and I am using Samsung devices for the last nine years. Now I buy S10 and on this device, a lot of apps and websites like  Facebook,  Linkedin,  mepco bill,  Youtube, and many others are not working properly. I don't know what is the issue?
please open these websites on your mobile and tell me are they working perfectly or not?

hello

try resetting apps preferences

settings > apps > 3 dots > reset app preferences

then kindly turn off and on the device
