any way to get old back ups back

hi is there anyway to get a older back up back as i was about to factory reset to get old sms and contacts back right before i started it it updated so the sms that i deleted by mistake had gone and im stuck with the newer back up. i had google drive to and that did the same only with the sms and contact nothing else thanks

As far a I understand things when I back up using Samsung Cloud this overstrikes the original back up.

Unless a person backs up to a secondary vault / Gmail etc @alex268 

Networks don't keep bodies of texts on their servers.
