Android Auto connection issues

All of a sudden my S10 no longer connects to my car for android auto, it also won't charge unless I change the USB control to the phone and not connected device, never had this issue before, can anyone offer any suggestions? Tried multiple cables to no success

Hi Nick, 

Does the phone connect to pc? like samsung Dex or smartswitch or kies or even files transfer?

I have the exact issue since last software update, I believe is  bug or something. On top of this mine doesn't fast charge anymore based on same bug.
