2 spelling checkers?

Why does spelling correction show up if I choose a keyboard that isn't Samsung keyboard? I'm using Microsoft SwiftKey and why is this showing up then? Is it using 2 different spelling corrections at the same time or what?

Your Galaxy has a spell checker and update system in many languages.
Some typewriters come with their own spell checker. Your device recognises this and gives you the option to choose either spell checker once you have chosen the keyboard you prefer to use.
