Hi all,
I've recently changed from Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ to Note 9 and all my settings remains the same. The issue I have now is that WhatsApp automatically clears push notifications and app badges when I leave the messages unread after around 30 minutes. I recently discovered this problem when I wake up and check my phone, I initially thought there were no new messages until I pressed into WhatsApp manually. I've checked all notifications settings and nothing is turned off.
If anyone has encountered the same issues or know how to fix this, any help is much appreciated.
