Hi can anyone help me please. I have a note 9 and the covid track n trace app has downloaded but as soon as i scan it takes me home , any ideas please

what u mean takes you home ? goes back to main menu ?, ive got this downloaded to confuses me at times

Hi, if once you've scanned the bar code then it is normal to take you back to the homepage. That is the apps default setting. Some places will ask you to go back into the app to click when you leave as well. I hope that answers your question 🙏
