HI I have note9 from Vodafone and my phone running on October security patch anybody can explain me how I can update for new one because it's look like Vodafone don't care at all....

@Pincho21: If an update is available then you can check by going to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Security Update. Also, scroll down to select Other Security Settings > Security Policy Updates > Update Now.

I'd also recommend checking Smart Switch on your home computer to see if any updates are available: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch. Once installed, connect your phone using your official USB cable and look for a prompt on the home screen, next to your device details.

Have you spoken with Vodafone at all @Pincho21 

 

It's the network that allows Samsung to send out the updates.
