turn blue light filter off in the settings pannel

You might have turned the blue light filter on. you can turn it off from the pull down menu

you might have "burn in" issues. My note 9 has half of the screen yellowish and half normal white due to this burn in.

seems to be a bug from an update. turn adaptive brightness off and put brightness on minimum. temporary fix.
