Pairing Moto 360 with Note9

My Note9 can't pair with Moto 360 watch via blue tooth. Phone can't see or locate watch  Has anyone found a solution for this problem??

Are you able to locate the Moto 360 using other Samsung devices? It could be that the watch isn't compatible with Samsung devices.

Having a look at the Motorola website, however, it should be working.
