Mine niether, not locked bought direct from Samsung. It has downloaded the December 19 update, which was supposed to have the new UI and Android 10

Flashed mine 2 days ago. Works great on android 10.

I connected up to smartswitch on friday and the update was there. Kept checking for ota but nothing came through.

Hi, what's the process you use to update via smart switch? I've gone on the app and found no information about updates.

I downloaded Smart switch from Samsung site. I made sure I had it on my phoe also. I connected the phone, having opened the smart switch on my mac. Once I had linked the two I got a message that there was an upgrade. I then just followed the instructions. Really simple in the end. Best of Luck.
