Go back to the Samsung Members landing page - at the bottom, you should see GET HELP. This should now display your device model number - click on it, and see if it now offers the latest firmware update. If not, back up on Smart Switch for Desktop app (on your computer), hard-reset your device, then give a manual try at updating, via SETTINGS/SOFTWARE UPDATE, which you will find at the bottom of the list. Once successful, restore your most recent backup from the Smart Switch app on your computer. You can even click the DOWN arrow next to your device details on the SS app main page. That will tell you if there is an update too.
