I take it you're a company man?

Of course the phones the UK Networks sell on contract are sourced from Samsung. I can't see them buying grey imports from somewhere in Hong Kong or China! So when the question is asked directly if that includes phones sold through the Networks not just from the Samsung site, then the answer given that all phones supplied by Samsung to the UK are dual SIM including those is really pretty solid.

Most definitely not.

I'm a customer just like you are.

I can see why a person would be upset at being advised what has been advised but it's up to the company the phones were bought from to help you as you are their customer.

Samsung imo are not going to send out a duos phone to someone who hasn't bought the original phone from them.

As for grey market imports I'm aware that companies such as Cpw did do this. I'm not sure if they still do now. However the Samsung phones they supply have different csc codes to what Samsung supply. I know this from past purchases.

May I ask what the original company advused if they've been asked where they source their Samsung Note 9's from ?

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

(From our website here.)

@tf2006: If you'd like me to check into your case for you, can you PM me your customer reference number, along with your email address and contact phone number (for data protection purposes)?

Hi Danny, is there anyway you could help me with this situation? (e.g. swap for a dual-sim version). Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the offer, but I sent it back and cancelled the contract.

Hi again, @Fish. As the phone was not purchased from Samsung direct, there would be nothing we can do on our end unfortunately. The only thing you can do; is get a refund from the retailer and purchase the phone direct from Samsung.

Can I trade in my single-sim note 9 for a dual-sim note 9?? Since Samsung accept iphone etc trade in.

Hi @Fish

The Note 9 single SIM is unfortunately not eligible for the Trade In Programme on our website

My mate bought a Note 8 on eBay for £350 then traded it in for £400 on the Samsung site! Got a dual SIM Note 9 and the trade in went through in a couple of weeks.
