Hi everyone ..

In the past week I bought my new phone .. galaxy note 9 with 128GB storage , it was brilliant and epic phone until I woke up after 3 days to check my facebook feed .. and surprised when I touched the screen because there was a loud popping/cracking sound .. it kept making that sound in every touch until the sound became quieter , and the problem wasn't solved until now .. I still can hear the sound when I press on my screen nearing the borders

Note that the phone didn't ever fall or something like that from the day I bought and until today

Plus im not using screen protector

Im only using the case that comes with the phone .

What should I do ?

And how can that affect my phone ?

Plus did anyone face the same problem ??

Yes others have been affected and have posted here on the forum to discuss it.

If this was my phone I'd check any returns cooling off period to have it swapped out by whoever supplied it originally.

In my opinion It may not affect the phone in the long term but you'll always know its there and won't be able to forget about it.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
