Note 9 dual sim

I have 2 sims in note 9. Sim 1 data sim 4g/3g(auto connect).

Sim 2 for calling 2g only.

During call on sim 2 , sim 1 stope working for internet.

When finish call on sim2, sim1 start for data.

Please update is there any kind of settings to enable sim 1 data during call on sim2.

Try looking in...

Settings  

Connections.

Sim Card Manager.

Dual Sim Always On.

Are both sim cards on the same network or different networks.

I ask as if they are both on the same network you may need to ask your network if they support surfing while making or receiving a call.

I have two different network sim cards in my phone so I'll check how mine behaves for you.

If I use the same sim for calls and internet then my internet stays On during a call.

If I use one sim for a call and then the 2nd sim for internet then internet disables during a call.

From googling I've read that some say having voLTE activated on the calls means internet remains !

Unfortunately as I'm a Payg Customer my UK Network isn't providing 4G calling aka voLTE to my account yet.

So in conclusion this looks to be a network restriction and not a restriction of the Phone itself.

Both sims from different networks.

But I checked with Samsung help & got that both sims can not work togeather. As per my case, when I will make or receive call on my 2nd sim then 1st sim will be stop working even its a data sim.

Please help.I dont have the Sim Manager on my note 9 SM-N960F 128GB. I bought the hybrid sim. The first sim is foud but the second sim is not found.

I've noticed that on Huawei P30 Pro you are allowed to use internet from both sims, why on Note is not the same? Very annoying, being in a call and no internet on the other sim
