No Internet acces during a call after upgrade at OneUI

After I upgraded Note 9 to OneUI, I do not have Internet access during a call. I tested during a call with Speedtest and there is a little traffic of 0.2-0.3 Mbps. Basically nothing works.
I use a VodafoneRO network. By the way, Vodafone uses voice on 3G and data on 4G.
I tested another GSM network (DIGI) where the voice and data works using the same 4G networks and everythink is ok.
Any idea? Tk.

I tried run Speedtest during a call and everything works fine. I'm in Czech Republic so it is not the same, I know but you should ask your carrier what can be wrong.

Do you have selected LTE for Network mode?

Yes I selected LTE.

I moved my SIM on another phone on a S8 end the speed was 8Mbps. When I put the call stop the traffic grow up at 35Mbps because the traffic was moved to 4G.

Maybe your operator use the voice and data on the same network 4G.

I agree that my Vodafone operator is not a good one but if the traffic decreases on 8Mbps it is acceptable but at the 0.3Mbps nothing is working. I will try to reset Note9 to setings default.

I tested and the problem is at the Vodafone operator. It limits traffic la 0.3-0.4 Mbps. Closed case.
