Is the location your in give 4G ?
Your mobile network should have an online checker where you key in your postcode / zip code and it'll tell you if your in a 4G area.
Also speak to your network to check 4G is turned On in your mobile contract settings.
A good process of elimination to rule out the phone is to put your sim card in another phone.
If you still get no 4G then it's your sim card or network account that's at issue.

Ok so if your in a 4G area and your Network isn't showing any reported issues with their masts then if you can test your sim card in another phone please as this will help to find out if it's the phone , sim card or your mobile phone network account.

It could be.
That or the phone for some reason is wanting to connect to 3g instead.
A Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test on it.
