I have patiently waited for 1 week for my ultima pass, and still nothing!! I wait each year for the unboxing event and this year 2 promises/promotions have failed!! Every time I speak to someone over the phone, they are smug in their canned response blaming someone else, saying they are escalating the issue, yet they don't actually do anything!! Alison today laughed a little bit with her first response which was similar to last weeks response "they are getting sent out in batches" when I challenged it she pretended to speak to a manager and then said they will escalate it, without asking for my details, and said xbox are to blame!! Then she went down the route of you must already be a premium member of xbox so you are not eligible. Seriously samsung why promote an offer that can not be fulfilled!! I was tempted to buy the watch 3 and the buds live but feeling completely let down by this whole note 20 ultra pre order rubbish!! If you offer something as part of an order as a promotion you should fulfill it. I will be contacting trading standards because you breached your own terms and conditions with a baiting tactic!!
this is first year since I got the note 3 I have been left feeling like being loyal is not worth it!! I expect that from apple, but not samsung!! I have owned note 3 to note 20 ultra(except when note 5 wasnt released and the note 7 issue) every year I have upgraded, both phone and watch. if this misleading promotions keeps happening, I might have to drop the brand!! because I hate having to chase for something that I was promised!! sort out your promotions samsung and stop wasting peoples time with rubbish terms and conditions that punish loyalty!! then only alert them to this when they complain!!!
have patience and wait like everyone else they probably laughing at you because you can't read t&c's probably post off repeating themselves over and over wait the 45days after approval then moan geez I only got my headphones a few days ago but never once thought I'd ring and complain as I know what the t& c was for the deal melt
I would be patient but I have recieved the gamepad and charging stand not the pass so claim completed, my friend recieved the pass on the 15th but nor the game pad or charging stand. I ordered my pre order before him, and got quickly recieved confirmation and got the 2/3s knowing I would have to wait til th 15th. when I rang on the 16th they said it will be dispatched over next few days!! Still waiting!!
