I have patiently waited for 1 week for my ultima pass, and still nothing!! I wait each year for the unboxing event and this year 2 promises/promotions have failed!! Every time I speak to someone over the phone, they are smug in their canned response blaming someone else, saying they are escalating the issue, yet they don't actually do anything!! Alison today laughed a little bit with her first response which was similar to last weeks response "they are getting sent out in batches" when I challenged it she pretended to speak to a manager and then said they will escalate it, without asking for my details, and said xbox are to blame!! Then she went down the route of you must already be a premium member of xbox so you are not eligible. Seriously samsung why promote an offer that can not be fulfilled!! I was tempted to buy the watch 3 and the buds live but feeling completely let down by this whole note 20 ultra pre order rubbish!! If you offer something as part of an order as a promotion you should fulfill it. I will be contacting trading standards because you breached your own terms and conditions with a baiting tactic!!
