USB Type C for phone calls

I can't use the USB Type C to make phone calls on any of my Samsung's devices (Note 20 Ultra, Note 10 lite and Note 9) Why is that? Any tips?

This answer is very disappointing since they do not put 3.5mm headphones anymore in the box.

Why is the 1080p 60fps video stabilisation shaky on the Note 10 plus even when video stabilisation is enabled in the settings? It wasn't like this before

I have the same issue with type c headphones. They don't work during calls, I haven't been able to find any settings to get them working.

Edit: even in other apps, the phone recognises headphones are plugged in according to output icon but still uses phone speaker
