Tiny gap / Slit in camera module

Hi,

Can anyone who has a Note20 Ultra look at there camera module, as you looking at it on the back to the right hand side towards the bottom there's a slight very small slit /gap that almost looks like a vent?? Can anyone confirm they have this also and its meant to be there or have a got a issue.

Yes my N20 Ultra has this too so please don't worry.

I've seen another thread about this and it's a mic.

if I have it and it seems that it helps a microphone that is located right on that side

Yes, as @BandOfBrothers and @amg75 have said, it is part of the design and therefore nothing to worry about. My Note20 Ultra also has the tiny slot.

@UncleTone, check the photo @amg75. It is a tiny slot along the right bottom edge of the camera bump, and pretty much horizontally in line with the bottom lens. It is quite inconspicuous if your phone is black, but much more obvious if you have the other lighter colours.

The Note20 Ultra comes with a host of unexpected "surprises", that incite wonder/panic in owners the first time they become aware of their existence.
I suppose it adds to the experience of owning a Note20 Ultra. Lol....

You sure your phone's a Samsung Note 20 Ultra? Check Samsung's specs on their Note 20 Ultra. That small gap's a mic.
