the pc thing is crap

Got this new note about 4 months ago. Never had one and was not impressive with the s pen. A friend did this on my phone today and said its faulty. Does anyone know if this is covered by warranty and how do you make a claim.

can you tell us if you are using a case with a magnet on it? If not, can you please run the following test and let us know how you get on?

• From the phone dialler, enter *#0*#.

• Select Touch.

• Place your finger over the screen and trace the pattern.

Does it follow your finger closely and accurately?

just done that. all the border and cross lit up green and yes a case. its leather with no magnet

Can you please remove the case and let us know if the same thing is happening? What results did you get on the test @NaviMonsta ?

case off and re did the test. all borders and cross lit up green correctly. both test done by finger tip.

ok now. left the device out of the case overnight and the s.pen functions correctly. ordering a new case but odd as it has zero magnets. Thank you for your assistance 😊
