second time lucky (hopefully)

Hi ppl right decided this time when I sent my note 20 ultra bk o would go to the actual Samsung store in Edinburgh so of I went on my wee trip as couldn't for the life of me find a phone I wanted so decided to give the notr another go.noruced right away when I got home the phone is got different clear seal on it the first one I got has this the white writing under the wee square sticker now the one I got today just has the white square sticker anyone else noticed this and know the reason why? First one was ordered of the Samsung website

I've bought phones both from my local Samsung Experience Store in my home city and from Samsung UK online and I've not noticed that type of sticker saying Austria on it.

How's the phone from your Samsung Store getting along ?

I'm tempted to import the Snapdragon version from Hong Kong this time around.

my one from ee had the serial number sticker on the back of the phone too.

yeah I've got the imei number on the new one too. just thought it was weird the one from Samsung online came with the white bit on the back. just went and got it today set it up so will see how it goes over the next few days. also traded in my phone only thing was got less inshore than I was going to get online. yeah iv seen a few ppl saying there going to import one with snap dragon.ushould to see how much difference there is between them

I'm still waiting for Samsung to refund the N20 Ultra and Samsung case they collected via dpd @Julie84 

Oddly they've already refunded the free Samsung Buds Live that went back with the phone and case !

Have you received your refund and how long did it take may I ask ?

Once I've received the refund I'll make my decision.
