Hi being a long and proud user of Samsung products, I've been running into difficulty with my Notre 20 Ultra device.
This being the second time, screen goes into shut down mode. Still can feel the vibrate motion and also when holding down the power and volume key down together the torch will come on .
Being my fourth day , with no luck 🙃 . I did decide to get a online repair application sent... look forward to collection and possibly a replacement , being under the two year warranty of Samsung products.
