Has any one suffered with screen burn or issues with the note 20 ultra screen if so how did you go about having it repaired thanks

If you contact samsung custumer service they can sort it for you, if its a common issue then they might give you a free repair in store

You can use the colour test panels via dialing *#0*# to see if that helps but if the screen burn is bad them the display would have to be replaced.

As far as I am aware, screen burn is covered by the warranty, so you should be getting a free screen replacement and possibly a new battery (because they would have to remove the actual one which is glued to get to the screen, and then put a new one).
If you are in the UK, all Samsung Stores are closed so you'd be best getting in touch with their customer service team and they'll be able to advise further.
