As a generic troubleshooting first step can you clear the cache via settings, apps, Samsung notes, storage and clear cache.

Consider backing up and removing any relevant sd card and factory reset if necessary.

Can you go into settings, device care and battery and screenshot your stats including using the scroll down function to capture all your apps showing too that is using battery.
This needs to be done after a full cycle of use.
