I urge Samsung to do something about the Samsung Note 20 Ultra battery drain. There is evidently a problem, I have low usage, no gaming, and the phone doesn't make it to the day, can't imagine when I need to travel using the GPS, or one day watching a long video. Having done all the optimisation, killing background apps etc, still the battery drains. Same usage with other mobiles give me far more battery left. I've spent a fortune to get "the best" and I feel this is not worth. Samsung, please do something about it or I'll be returning the phone very soon.
Customer service just gaves me generic advice and nothing conclusive.
I hope that if more people complains, the better.

Hi Maria. Not sure the S Pen works in all the devices and with a good response time, a normal Stylus is not an S pen, they are quite different. I use it for One note, reading articles, writing, etc. The screen size is important. I'll give it a fewore days, otherwise, I'll return theNote 20 Ultra and will buy the Note 10 or even the Note 9, and will save money.

Hi Jerry, good to hear it's not only me, and that things are a bit better now. I had to do some further changes, such as switching from 120hz to 60hz, switching off "Always on", and putting many apps in deep sleep. With all this, today, the battery has behaved better, but I can't believe we have to go all this pain to make the battery last for long, and not capable of making the most of all those great features that drain the battery. I guess years ago when the batteries used to last for a week and then we changed to a daily charge and it was a big change, maybe the next leap is having to boost charge the phones during the day, who knows....

After 1 week it improved a bit, but I had to disable some functionalities. I had a Xiaomi before and the battery lasted for much longer. But this Samsung has a larger screen and logically uses more power. Try to reduce the brightness and optimise the device, and disable functionalities that you may not need, such as the 120Hz, forget about it. But well, overall, it gets better after that 1st week that the device is learni5 about your usage, now I make it to the night, but I don't game or use it a lot during the day.
All the best.
