I have not received my reward item yet. I have received my confirmation email from Samsung that my claim was successful. When I visit the Claim page it says my item has been despatched and gives a link to Yodel to track the claim. Yodel can't track the claim without a tracking number. I phoned Samsung and they have no tracking number for Yodel on my account record. I know it's nice to get a free item but Samsung are really making you work for it!
