Anyone know when one UI 3.1 will be available in the UK?

As far as I can see from regions where it has been rolled out the changes are mainly for the focus and effects rendering on the camera. a new image editing mode whereby you can remove items from an image... people, objects etc and the blue light filter has been renamed with a few extra setting options thrown in. basically to bring it online with the s21
