Note 20 Ultra Speaker Picking Background Noise Issues

Facing much problem in whatsapp and messenger call. Too much Background noise being picked up by my speaker of Note 20 Ultra which is bothering the person at the other end. Downloaded latest security patch, did several restarts and also a regular reset. No change. Things seem fine while talking via phone and Bluetooth headsets, but really bad in speaker, especially in the third party apps. So disappointed. Found many people facing similar problem in another forum.  Please pick this issue Samsung and provide an immediate fix for this via an update. This is really sad.

Brilliant, this worked  a treat. Only recently I bought a new case for the  Note  20 ultra  which has magnets for its casing, Then when speaking to someone on a call they can hear themselves echoing which was very annoying.  This has been going on for 2 weeks. Checked everything  I could  for possible fixes, even removed the new protective casing.  No  luck still. Then I came across your fix, tried it as you  had  mentioned .It didn’t work at first , then I restarted the phone. Hey presto it worked a treat. Thanks

Same here, we have two note 20 's both have the same issues. As u mentioned one day it was fine after that the same noise issue when I use speaker.

UGH!!!  I'm having this problem on regular phone calls even. This is a brand new phone I just got it yesterday. Not happy at all. Going to return it if this continues.

facing same issue in the end of 2022 with many BT device

- some 2-3 BT Chinese cheap earphones

- SONY XB700 

becoming same noise 

but all of that I try to used with many Phones (incl. Apple phone) , it's very clear sound even the cheap one

Same issue here. If Samsung does not fix this soon, I will have to change brands. Seems like they have been ignoring this for YEARS. With a flagship phone!
