I bought yesterday a note 20 ultra, and every few hours i notice that he stops recognizing sim card, and no sim card icon is shown. I have to restart the phone and then it works again. This the fourth time in two days

@Members_UEgw38m: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Can you try powering off the Note 20 Ultra, remove the SIM card and rub the gold contacts with a clean, dry cloth, then re-insert it and power the phone back on. Does the issue persist following this step? If so, do you have access to another compatible SIM that you can try, as this will help to determine if the issue lies with the phone or your current SIM. If you don't have access to one, please reach out to your network directly to request a SIM swap.

Hello,
I have the same issue, My sim card from simple mobile works perfectly on the note 10 + but does not work properly on the new note 20 . I turned the phone off and on several times , it picks up the network for few seconds and disappears right after. When I activate the wifi, the network becomes unavailable completely.

It is a factory defect. When the phone heats up It Lose's contact with the card.

I also just posted this to the mod.
I got a Note 20 a couple of months ago (Verizon), and it also has trouble recognizing the SIM. I accidentally cracked the screen, got a replacement phone, and the new phone also has this problem. I went and got a new SIM card, and it's STILL a problem. How do I fix this?

I accidentally responded to the original post instead of you, the moderator.
I have the same problem and have tried every solution listed.
