Note 20 ultra recovery mode access

Hi. I just received a largish update and i usually like to go into recovery mode and clear system cache afterwards.

Usually it is a case of turning off the phone. Then holding volume up and power together. I usually keep hold of both buttons until i see the Android. 

However, now, whether i hold both buttons in or let go of the power button and still hold volume up when the Samsung logo comes up or let go of both when the logo comes up, all methods just continue to restart the phone.????

What am i going wrong?

Can anyone help please?

since the update you have to do the same but plug it into a laptop first, turn the phone off,wait for it to start charging then do what you tried

or you can do it by plugging in USBC headphones

turn off phone
plug phone in computer or laptop
press power button-volume up button- Bixby button all at same time


once android logo appears into recovery mode then u can go on the promoted actions clear cache partition or whichever u need reset etc.
