Hi folks. Been a faithful Samsung user all my days via many devices but I'm hearing (or rather reading) mixed reviews on the Note 20 series.
Would appreciate if you share your thoughts on it if you havw one of them and let me know a how it handles the usual things - camera/ video; smoothness of features;  battery life; connectivity etc etc, before i nip out buy one.
Might as well do my due diligence for a change.

Thanks in advance for anyone who posts.

I have the Note 20 ultra 256gb in white which is beautiful.

Battery life on Exynos is subjective. For some it's OK and for others it's terrible. I'm hoping Samsung put out an optimsation patch pretty quickly. Some (including myself) have also noticed poor signal in certain conditions too. Quite a few people have returned the handsets instantly but of course in the UK you get 28 days for a return so let's see what happens.

Things I like are the audio through headphones which sounds great, the display is very bright in daylight but not as saturated as previous models. Wireless Dex is great if you have a TV to cast to. I also like the build and design and the speakers are quite loud for ringtone and notifications.

Best to at least try it out and see what happens. I got 10% discount and free buds to sweeten the deal but at full price with no gift it is a bit high in my opinion.

At work during the day I'm just going to keep it on the fast wireless charging stand and use a Bluetooth mouse to control it. Personally I'm never too far from a charger or use it that heavily it would run out. I'm too used to the P30 Pro which had amazing battery life, but it wasn't that nice a phone so there's a trade off there I guess.

It's not that beautiful at all.
Battery around 3-4 hours SOT when 5G on, 5 hours when 5G off.
The camera has trouble catching focus in many modes. This is a serious problem.
Connectivity it's okay i didn't notice any problems.
I have galaxy buds and galaxy watch connected via bluetooth. It only poorly catches the wifi range compared to note9 and A71.

Screenshot cut from slow motion.  For sure ***** camera on Note 20 Ultra. When my wife bought the A71 and I saw such a difference, I boiled so much that the Note 20 Ultra grew cold.Note20Ultra slow motionNote20Ultra slow motionNote9 slow motionNote9 slow motionA71 slow motionA71 slow motion
