I just received the note 20 Ultra and as I saw many videos and news about many defects, I thoroughly checked the phone right after.
Then I heard a some clicking noise when I was flipping the phone , and I found out that my middle lens is moving inside of a camera bezel. It is not easy to see on the video but, it is definitely moving and it is consistently doing it.
Anyone else having a same issue? and seems like their online services are closed for the weekend.. 😞
Please check the clip between 0:00 to 0:01, a middle lens is kinda dropping..
Is this normal?

It's normal to hear this @Maplepocha
It's the camera moving around.
If you activate your camera it will then stop thats then shows this isn't a defect.
If the noise continues when the camera is on then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre

It should be OIS, as suggested by @BandOfBrothers turn on the camera and everything should be more stable due to being used, if it may be a defect😉

Guys, is it normal if the camera lens still move even when camera app is not turned on?
When holding the note 20 ultra vertically (perpendicularly to flat table/floor), i can see that the middle lens seems to "sink" to the bottom of the circle hole, leaving a bigger gap at the top side.
As i rotate the phone 360 degree, seems like the lens follows and moves (slowly, not like the one in youtube video above which moves abruptly) too .
Again, it "sinks" and leave a bigger gap at the top side, seems like due to the weight of the lens.
Sometimes it is obvious, sometimes it is hardly noticeable.
I managed to find this, but to how much extend it can move i am still confused and worried:

Hi
Don't be,back in the day, Nokia Lumia1020 was making the same noise when shaking.
All i can think when not using the camera and moving the phone as described by you,is that the lens adjust itself at the right angle, getting ready for the next shot.
I also noticed right away with my note 20 ultra, that's a big sensor and uses a different mechanism than other phones
If you're happy with the photo quality you have nothing to worry about
