Galaxy Note20 SeriesI have a problem with note 20 ultra autofocus
most of times main camera doesn't auto focus (tough screen to focus also doesn't work) and result is blurry. but at the same time wide 0.5x and telephoto 5x works fine and auto focus works correctly. the ridiculous solution is a small knock to camera and auto focus start working also changing between video and camera can resolve issue temporary until the next time that you start the camera app i think autofocus issue in main camera only affect on far subject and about close subject i see the camera trying to auto focus
I think the issue appear after some updates . I cannot remember that before last update. also i remember the same problem before first update. the issue goes and come back after sequential updates

Galaxy Note20 Serieshi all , i have note 20 ultra with exynos (country turkey ) and i have also camera focus issues . pls check below photo. middle side is very clean and sharp but rest of the photo is very blurry.I bougth the phone around 1 month ago and actually i didnt check the camera and i made every uptadate since released today . so i dont know this is software or hardware issue . My previous phone was note 8 and i never faced this kind of problem

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI had 2 of them same problems, i emails the ceo and his partners, i have drs for my son and my self calling and the phone drops calls, camera , and wifi and battery drains with in 1 hr
We have tried everything with both phones. They both were brand new. The 2nd phone was a worse. Once you update no matter what you do even factory reset will NOT undo the updates. Updates delete the old system and imprints a new one so resetting will not work. As i have been told by at least 15 different employees at Samsung techs and tmobile reps. I was given a choice of what phone i wanted instead of the note 20 ultra which i paid in full 4 months ago. I got the S21 ultra and believe me this phones camera and system are way above the note 20 ultra. Its faster, pix are more crisp, calls are perfect and my wifi connects,. The antenna is fine as well. Where as the notes antenna is haveing problems now , again all my info was from Samsung techs and tmobile tech. What they told me was right on the spot. So my advice , you have 1 year warranty, get a warranty exchange asap. Do NOT upgrade u will than pay out of pocket,, i did not pay anything because i did not break the phone at all they did with the updates and faulty systems. If its over a year you might have to just up grade than. Check asap. Once you get a warranty exchange it will be fore the same exact phone, (i had no choice) after 2 weeks the 2nd phone n updates were again *****. So once again i emailed and was called by tmobile and was given the choice of phone i wanted of equal value or less... what i was told the first time was my note 20 ultra i bought 4 minths ago for 1300 was now worth 345 , how was that even possible my phone is on perfect condition. But thats what they do. So again check warranty, the notes are all having issues. There's no fix. Samsung gives 3 updates before u have to pay for the 4th. Be careful. Hope this helps you.

Galaxy Note20 SeriesThis is a real Garbage... Samsung,, if you dont know how to build a phone, Dont make them.
Plus this is an expensive product, many customers rely on camera. if this doenst even do the job as 100USD product camera, whats the point? dont you even feel guilty for what you doing? My note 20 ultra not focusing......

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI wrote the ceo of tmobile and got an S21 ultra free. The camera is way far superior than my ***** note 20 ultra. Email your carrier ceo and a few others in the cc of email . I sent 4 ppl the ceo and 3 other higher ups. Got an email and got a new phone with in a week.

I just emailed the ceo n 3 others and than this guy called me i missed it cause it came up unknown caller than he emailed me and i emailed him back. Now the number he gave os his dorect line BUT he cant pick it up he can only get messages so email him n leave a voice mail with all ur info like number n email and let him know. I had samsung try n fix my note 20 times. They remotely got into my phone i agreed for them to and go through it whole talking to them at same time. They can see on their monitor my phone and go through the settings. I even showed them how the camera sucks. I have my sons doctors and my doctors trying to call me and after all the updates it got worse. I can drop calls or get any half the time. The T-Mobile guy couldn't even get through to me 99 percent of the time. Finally we got connected a few days later n tons of email. I can not be with out my phone , i depend on drs. So i was livid. If u send me an email ill send u the nasty letter i sent tmobile.
