Note 20 Ultra 5G Rebooting by Itself

Has anyone else had an issue with their new Note 20 Ultra 5G constantly rebooting by itself?

Took delivery of brand new Note 20 Ultra 5G last Thursday which arrived from the Samsung store. 

Set it up and noticed that it kept rebooting when it wasn't being used. Followed Samsung self help... cleared cache partition, restarted with same issue... safe mode but still same issue... factory data reset without loading any apps and still same rebooting issue.

I can't see any other posts that refer to self reboot issues with the Note 20 Ultra 5G so maybe it's a one off, but it seems strange, straight out of the box.

Contacted support today who offered refund after a couple of frustrating hours on hold / live chat / disconnection more calls and emails. Will take the refund but would have preferred a working phone as the design is really nice. Not sure whether to chance ordering a replacement as customer service was a pretty poor experience.

i too have an issue where my note 20 ultra reboots itself at random times. i bought this phone because its supposed to be the best but im thinking of going back to my old note 9.

i have this issue with my version, even with auto restart turned off. 🇬🇧

I have the same issue, mine restarts in the middle of the night.  My last resort is to factory reset.  I'm going to try leaving my phone on safe mode tonight and see if the phone replicates the issue.  

Has anyone tried the factort reset?

This issue in not on all note 20s as my friend has the same and he doesn't have this issue.

Did turning off Bixby Routines resolve your problem.  I did this a few days ago and my phone did'nt restart, but it's just done it now, even though Bixby Routines is switched off.

I have received the Note 20 5G with the same rebooting issue. I changed the "random MAC" to "telephone MAC" in the wifi settings and after that it stopped rebooting.

no joy I'm afraid. restarted again through the night. woke in the morning and had phone had restarted.

Constantly. I've done everything and it was like this out of the box. I just factory reset, lost everything for work, and it reboots within 7 minutes of starting up after factory reset. I honestly will probably never buy another Samsung after this experience and I've had every note since 2.
