note 20 free gift help!

I just recieved my note 20 from pre ordering and I tried to claim the free gift where at the end it said I should have been sent a verification email   , I did not receive any email meaning I don't think I will know if my claim gets accepted

at the bottom it should be "Claim Now" link and just follow the instructions
