Urgh my phone has just updated. Now I have to write in the teeny field in whatsapp rather than a nice big box. It's just awful

My WhatsApp reply Bix is the same as my Samsung Messaging App @Alye 

It's never been a big box in my WhatsApp so I haven't noticed any difference.

This is what I get if I dont use the s. pen which is what used to happen for all messages. now when I use the S. pen I sometimes get an options box that allows me to open a small key board but sometimes not even that.Screenshot_20230303_080527_WhatsApp.jpg

Ithink I fixed it ! when I was writing the last message I thought " I wonder if the s.Pen settings have changed" I'd already checked the language and keyboard settings but never thought to check that. Sure enough there is a setting called " S pen to text" that was on by default so I've turned it off and voila!
